Hmm, yeah, several loopholes. I'll just do a different one:
V.I.P.
The VIP must get to the end of the level, the bodyguards must ensure he doesn't die, and the assassins must kill him.
Again..
Two players..
Although that idea does create another one:
V.I.P (My Version): One player must get to the end, and one player must stop him/her. The person who is guarding the exit may camp at the exit, too. He/she may camp wherever he/she wants. There's a time limit of 1:30. If time runs out, the one guarding the exit wins. Both players have 4 HP. If the one reaching the exit gets hit, he/she may not enter the exit for about 5 seconds. Both players start with a whip, and crates are found throughout the level for the players to find weapons/items. Both players start with 0 Bombs and 0 Ropes.

Bow: 1/10
Spike Shoes: 1/40
Spring Shoes: 1/20
Compass: 1/10
Jetpack: 1/50
Cape:1/20
Parachute: 1/10
Bombs, 3 pack: 1/30
Bombs, 12 pack: 1/80
Ropes: 1/20
Scepter: 1/300 (For funsies.

Ankh: 1/200 (Guardian spawns at exit, and V.I.P spawns at entrance, can be killed instantly upon respawn by campers..)
Sounds like fun to me.
