Ok today I was home sick and was thinking. Why not put this version on the pc as well but make people pay like the XBLA version. Why? Because some of us dont have a 360 and really wanna play this version. I would gladly pay $10-20 for this.

It won't be, at least not initially.
Keep in mind Derek had to almost completely recreate the game to put it on the 360 (or so I've read), the new design alone must've taken Quite some time (not to mention any new extras). IF he eventually releases it on pc it'll be just that: eventually, not soon.

Actually, when it's released, someone could make a mod, changing the game to be like XBLA Spelunky, with the new game modes and such, but with the same old graphics. Someone will probably at least try to.

I totally would when it comes out if I was good at that stuff, and had the attention span, but sadly, I don't.
Anyway, I fully support the idea of a PC version. After the XBLA version, that is.

If it gets released on PC, and if it's still made the same (instead of re-made from the ground up), then it shouldn't be very hard at all (unless he makes New content ALL TOGETHER that would require new sprites). I could be VERY wrong seeing as I'm basing this of guesswork though. |

Yes, if it's ever on PC it should be paid for. If you'd pay for it on XBLA why wouldn't you pay for it on the PC?
I think the best option if people want it on PC is to put it on Steam.

Well, I didn't mean to cause disrespect. The way I said it, I admit, could have been different.

I'm not trying to force people to buy it, but for those who want it, they should try to save up.
If you can not save up, then you should try to find another way. If you can't find another way, then.. Well, you'll have to go without for a bit. I don't know.
