Answer, I have Human Torch Mod ready, I really like this one.
All I did so far was add float and fireball (D)

I like your mods, and that Does sound fun. So Yes you should release it. BUT: try to focus on only a few (or 1 or 2) mods at a time, your spreading yourself to thin.

You should definatly flesh out your mods. That doesn't mean stop entirely, but work on them each, and make them better (remove bugs, add unincluded features) before making more.
