What's the best (easy) program to make a gif with?
Paint is pretty simple; I want to use gif now. Plz.
And when I save those GM Sprites as PNG it just shows the dumb strip. Doesn't really help for an avatar.
But irrelevant; where to make gif?

If not, maybe it randomly picks downloaders to survey them?
Maybe 63.28% of program designers/programmers (I said "program designers" so you would get what I meant) are HACKERS AND OTHER BAD PEOPLE???

I use Photoshop. but for those w/o the cash for it, Paint.NET with some plug-ins works great as well.
