It's a way of dieing. thats what this topic is about. and it can be done by the way. at least I am fairly sure, I think I did it before.

I'm not making a video of something you could test yourself in 60 seconds using Spelunky Invincible or any other method of cheating in a pistol and teleporter. It's not even hard, you can teleport into your bullet before it's even travelled a screen length if you're quick but failing that just use the mattock to create a passage across the entire map and you'll have plenty of time to pick up the teleporter and spam x to get in front of the bullet before it reaches the other side.

Either take me at my word that I've tested it and it works and kills you, or test it yourself. Don't claim it's impossible (and implicitly that I'm making stuff up) without even bothering to put in the minimal effort required to test it.

I just got HyperCam (unregistered, thank you) and haven't tested it out yet.
Planning to in Spelunky Invincible. But my run will take a while. If not forever, since I'll get stuck at the bottom of some pit.

I haven't been able to do this in a normal level as it takes too long to pick up the teleporter, but in an empty floor (I used a blank custom level) you can shoot them into the frozen region then teleport right into them.
