Gold Chunk = Chicken Nugget
Gold Nugget = Chicken Leg
Gold Bar = Hot Dog
Gold Bars = Cheeseburger
Scarab = Scarab (bugs are edible)
Gold Idol = Glazed Ham
Crystal Skull = Ghost Chef's Special Roasted Turkey
Ruby = Bacon
Sapphire = Sausage
Emerald = Ham
Big Ruby = Spaghetti Sauce Meatball
Big Sapphire = Tartar Sauce Meatball
Big Emerald = Pepper Steak Meatball w/ Chives
Diamond = Cheesy Alfredo Meatball
Final Treasure = [SECRET] Don't spoil it or I'll murder you!
I also took mars' advice and replaced the treasure collect sounds. They make a little more sense now.
