I don't get it all at all. I can get past the first spring (throw the rock on it and run as it is set off) but never the 2nd.

The spring trap

On picture #1 you see spring platform (marked with red cross) and low celling. If player would try to run through he will be squished. But there is some technique to avoid it. When player will running under celling, but not yet triggered the spring platform, he must jump. That how avoid single trap.

On picture #2 you see a little harder spring trap. In this case player must (Spoiler: somehow trigger one of platforms and use standard technique to avoid another spring platform while first still triggered).

Once you get past the first spring, jump right when the second spring is about to spring and you run right ove r it... timing is everything
