Editor Plus Fan Update

This fan update adds some tools and usability features to the level editor. It does not add or change any in-game objects, gameplay, or the level format. It's intended to be compatible with hyperme's version. These changes are for the benefit of level creators.

Recent changes:
- Converted to GM 8.1
- Updated Magic Signs (2.2.1)
- Fixed bug with Damsel getting hit by bullets
- Added hyperme's fix for tile selector not closing on first try after pressing tab more than once
- Added oSpikesWood, sSpikesWood and sSpikesWoodBlood for use with Magic Signs
- 'Everything' tile category is selected by default
- Fixed typos and added more stuff to help pages in editor
- Added tips to the editor loading screen (including some from halibabica's TLS editor documention)
- Fixed level file names starting with '!' being visible in level list
- Fill/delete selection drag boxes are now visible
- Fixed tiles in layer 1 array not being deleted when using drag box (last line in scrDragBoxCommonDelete)
- Improved cursor movement while holding space to pan view
- Added eyedropper/picker tool. Press middle mouse button to change cursor to whatever tile is under it (excluding message signs)
- Pressing 'M' when NOT hovering over a message sign will change the cursor to a message sign
- Added eraser sprite
- Added SignSaver feature. SignSaver is like an automatic clipboard for Magic Signs. Anytime a Magic Sign is deleted in the editor, its contents are saved. Press Backspace in the editor to bring up the SignSaver dialog where you can select a sign from the list and copy it to the Windows clipboard. It currently saves the 5 most recent deleted signs (this idea may be later expanded into some kind of Magic Sign prefab database)

Previous changes:
- You can switch category from within the tile selector like TLS
- New tile category: everything! (press '9')
- Added selection icon and tooltips to the tile selector
- Fixed: selected tile gets placed on level when using tile selector
- More view scrolling options:
     - Use arrow keys to quickly scroll view (tip: hold mouse button to place/delete a straight line of tiles while scrolling)
     - Hold space and drag mouse to pan view (you can place/delete tiles while panning)
     - Hold shift and press an arrow key to move view to farthest edge of level
- The editor remembers your previous view location, selected tile and selected layer after testing your level
- Can scroll pages in level loading list with mousewheel in addition to up/down keys
- Added tile grid overlay (press 'G' to toggle) to assist with measuring or tile counting
- You can press ctrl+1/2/3 to select layer
- Fixed layer buttons sometimes not showing which one is pressed, layer transparancy issues and some multi-tile objects not being visible after test/load
- Made some of the editor sprites more pretty
- Prevented gold spawning and debris falling from custom level borders (okay, I guess this effects gameplay, but it's aesthetic)
- Pressing escape at "do you want to save? y/n" prompt will return to editing instead of quitting to title screen.
- Improved 'edit info' text entry:
     - You can arrow key up/down between entries
     - Entries left blank will be auto-filled with defaults
     - Saves changes and returns to editing if you press escape partway through the list instead of quitting to title screen.
- Help menu (click "?" on-screen button or press F1 in editor) with control reference

They're like the mantraps that sell you things, but in non-TLS Spelunky mods.

For modders interested in using Editor+ as base, but worrying about space, I have a solution!

Spelunky Editor Plus: Too Much Space Edition

This changes the level format to use to a double character identifier for objects instead of single character. This lets you have all the different stuff in the editor as you want. Unless you want, like, 35000 or more things.

Features:

Over 30000 possible character combinations.
All the stuff The Fan Update has.
All the stuff Editor Plus has.

Note that TMSE is not compatible with old level files.
Note that levels files are quite bigger when using the new format.
Note that using GM 8.1 allows more unicode support, meaning this is kind of silly.

Why not add a version header on the first line of the level format?

Y'know, with the new GM's greater support of unicode, a bunch of new symbols became available to use for stuff anyway. The double-character thing is kinda overkill at this point.
