So the tilesets should be more like an urban atmosphere, what type of levels?
Cave->City
Lush->Agent Building?
Ice->"real" world, even keeping the pit since they flew down all those holes.
Temple->Zion
The agent would replace the ghost, but not shifting through walls. Or the ghost could be replaced with the twins (one of them anyway).
Obviously the damsel would need to be Trinity and scream "NEO!" instead of help. Wallruns and more guns, I guess bullet time would be needed too.
So, what else?

To use the gun mod, he would really need Ipwn to approve (not necessarily, but it's a common courtesy thing) and I doubt he would say no.
Zion is the underground human city in the second or third? movie. It's like a steampunk style place with wires and pipes, if you saw the first, imagine the inside of their ship but a city.
