Why don't you just put the normal Spelunky in the ninja suit that's already made? It's pretty basic, but you can use it as a base. Regarding the GM pro issue, you can easily get a Visa gift card with $25 on it and use that to purchase. Alternatively you can change the sprites/scripts and save them externally and get someone with pro to test/compile for you. Which is much better than the alternative, risky way of stealing the program outright.
