Hey, it's definitely the second one. Every item has a piece of code in it that says the following: If I am an item that's supposed to be purchased, and the shopkeeper is dead or the player is tagged as a thief, then record me in the stats as a stolen item. The code is in oItem, Step Event, Action 1, line 8. I think I see a bug in the code though. It looks like if I aggro the shopkeeper in one level, and I enter another level with a shop while the shopkeepers are still angry at me, all the items in the shop in the next level will also count as stolen. I'm not 100% sure if this is the case, but I'll try to test it. |

Weird, I can't reproduce the bug. When I kill a shopkeeper, it's only the one item I pick up that counts as stolen in the stats. Also, when I steal damsel, it only counts her once too.

haha... something like that happened to me with debugger, i put in global.bombs=999999999999999999999999999 and I got -99999999999999999999999 in all of my stats and had to reset the game
