tested, they don't. also you can have restless dead black market. but one test they did get mad when I took items that no long had a $ sign over them. doesn't count as kills.

I got into the Black Market only once through a cheat.
I mean, I could see the blinking,
but for some reason, even when I press "m",
the music won't turn on, so I leave my speakers off,
unable to hear the 'ghost run music' or any 'sound effects'.
I need help with this.
