Posting Pics?

Hello, I'm a noob.  Anyway, I was trying to post a picture, but it isn't working... I tried the thing in additional options and the "Insert Image" button, but neither work.  I'm sure answering this won't only help me, but all newbs in the forums. So, yeah, could you help?

You first upload the image to an external site, then take the url and enclose it in BBcode like this:
