Yeah, you don't. Here's my control scheme:
Right 5th finger- Shift(Run)
Right 4th finger- A(Action)/Q(Bomb)
Right 3rd finger- S(Jump)/W(Rope)
Right 2nd finger- (Up Nose)
Left 2nd,3rd, and 4th finger- D-Pad
