3. While in the ice caves with a shotgun, jet-pack, and the ankh; I was on the level with the Moai and I allowed myself to get frozen by a mammoth to see if my weapon would come with me when resurrected (I made sure I would plunge into the abyss after first getting frozen). I was frozen but I lost my shotgun and then I fell into the abyss triggering the skull icon to pop up on the User Interface but nothing else changed and the backdrop remained black. The game continued to play it's music and the ghost came (but didn't appear on screen besides the text) and then nothing else happened for a few minutes so I had to exit the game. It seems like the game was unable to handle which death animation it needed since I was in-cased in a block of ice with a jet-pack and falling into the abyss at the same time.

Thank you for your time, and I hope this bug is able to be fixed.
