If you want to see what happens when you do, just take a look at
this
short 15 second clip.
To set the scene: I had a good run going on. I then wasted my ankh by falling too far. Rage ensued.

Yep. It's pretty much like going on tilt when playing poker. You will inevitably make more mistakes. You really have to be zen to succeed in Spelunky.

I love to tilt too when I lose the ankh prematurely. No use in playing on seriously anyway
