I was wondering if anyone has made a character sheet that explains exactly what animations are what? It is a little confusing to discern the animations apart from each other. For example, it's easy to tell the climbing and walking toward the screen etc.. but it's a bit tough to know what the crawling over a cliff animations or the differences between jumping/falling/throwing animations are and exactly where they are on the sprite sheet.

Any help would be awesome and it will help me get closer to finishing my Metroid modpack, thanks!

I don't see why you'd need too... It's pretty obvious. But, I may get around to it, if you really need help.

Most are pretty obvious but some of them aren't so much. ie which of the crawling frames are when you are crouched but not walking, which of the jumping frames is the one where you are in free fall, etc.. things like that. Plus the flipping over the ledge frames are a little confusing but I think I have figured it all out at this point.

If you play the game enough you'll know what all of them are.

(I know you don't know me, but one can easily know you by checking old posts.)

Try making a dummy sheet where any you don't know a marked in bright colors. Then play like that for a while. And make sure you test it in both co-op and deathmatch too, some animations may be specific to those.

I'm working on this right now since I finally got my custom skin done

not entirely sure how long it's going to take because writing tutorials is hard, but if you can't wait I can send you the skin templates i have real quick (there are some things I'll be pointing out about how each part of the sprite sheets work that might be important to know so you might be better off waiting a day for me to get things written up)
