This is what I say:
Honestly, I like some of the offtopic immaturity here, it's what makes it feel personal and friendly. When you see some out of nowhere post that makes you laugh, then people start a page and a half about that is where it goes overboard.

I don't think we need referrals and penalizations, people need to just know when enough is enough. Generally someone will post saying so, and get back on topic themselves.

Also, bitching about spam is just stupid.

Any thoughts?

I appreciate that you said this. I also agree with it to a fairly large extent.

Some offtopics are okay, but it does get bad sometimes when people forget what's going on.
