Yes magic signs are allowed I have no idea how to use them though.
Levels will be based more on how fun they are so you can make decent ones without it

Its late for that electron is done mines almost done and we already have a lot of entries just enter. Or make it a dark level with lots of lava and torch illumination. Mine has lots of lit traps
