It's actually sad when you think about it. The Pyro doesn't know he's commiting mass murder... He thinks he's spreading joy and happiness, when he's doing the exact opposite  |

I think it's interesting. Even his own team fears him. I imagine it went like this.
The TF2 mercs were hired in 1968.
The song used in the Pyro's hallucination sequence came out in 1965.
The song wasn't heavily played on the radio however until the late 60's/early 70's
The pyro at first wasn't insane, and knew he was burning people alive. After a particularly gruesome fight, he listened to the radio and heard that song. The lyrics pushed him over the edge, and he wanted to spread joy and happiness, which he has no way of doing. That combined with his asbestos lined suit made him go insane and experience constant hallucinations.

Forgot about that. I can't compare it to the others, the newer ones have really great storytelling and cinematography, and the older ones focus on single characters. I'd consider it an add on to Meet the heavy.
