Crayon Physics is pretty fun.
You kidding? It's easily the worst game of the three. Fantastic concept, but IMO trying too hard to go for Sandbox without giving me a real reason to want to explore the possibilities.

The Humble Bundle added three more games:
Splice
Crayon Physics Deluxe
Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP

Well, my prediction was incorrect. Not super excited about these games, either , TBH.
Have you actually played any of them? Tongue
I confess that I haven't played much of Splice due to dead computer, but what I played was pretty decent.
Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery EP, however, was one of the best games of 2012 (yes I know it came out in 2011 on mobiles, but I'm a computer-only guy Tongue ).  A masterpiece of writing, visuals, music and general atmosphere, this one's a Must! Cheesy

I own Superbrothers, so I'll use it as a gift for someone. It's very good, yes.
Splice and Crayon Physics are probably pretty good, I haven't gotten a chance to play them yet.

http://www.gog.com/pick_5

So you have a choice from about 20 games, you pick 5 and get 80% off. There's a little over 4 more days left for this offer.

At the moment I'm struggling to make my 5th choice, as there are a few games I already have on the list and several adventure games (which aren't my thing).

Some of non-adventure games:

- Defender's Quest: Indie tower defense where your party members are the towers and can be leveled-up. I played the demo and really enjoyed it.

- Legend of Grimrock - in case you didn't get this in a bundle/sale already.

- Pid - gorgeous platformer, heard it was hard.

- Chronicles of Riddick series: This stealth/action/brawling game has always gotten a lot of praise but I never bothered with it because it's based on a movie I have no interest in. Might as well give it a shot.

- one of the King's Bounty somethingsomething games. Turn based fantasy hexagonal princess shanana.

The new Indie Gala is actually awesome!
Why? Because it includes Warlock: Master of the Arcane at the 5$ level! Cheesy :O Cheesy :O
This game is probably the closest thing to a modern Master of Magic (one of the greatest TBS ever made) we're probably gonna see in the next decade, so GRAB A COPY WHILE IT'S CHEAP and I'll play you guys at multiplayer just as soon as I have a windows machine again. :3

Steam is having a Spring Indie Sale. Of course I don't know what losers play INDIE GAMES, and I'm sure none of them are on this forum.

Is They Bleed Pixels good?
Might get that one

I've been thinking about getting Garry's Mod, but I have a question if any of you know the answer. If I get it, will I be able to use it fully without CS or TF2? I own Portal, so it can work, but I've heard that the majority of the stuff in the user-created area (or whatever it's called) is based off the TF2/CS textures.

Only bad thing is if you plan on using a gamepad, it only works with 360 controllers. Otherwise you just have to use Joy2Key, I found it really hard with a keyboard. But the style and everything is great.
