By the localizes seriously not giving a fuck. They got the cheapest VAs they could and didnt even try to get a fitting voice for the characters.

That is my assessment from trying to stomach about 10 seconds of this

You should hear Mega Man 8's voice acting, and Sonic And All Stars Racing Transformed too. They're terrible.

Mega Man 8
Mega Man sounds like a new born baby girl even Roll's voice is deeper.
Dr. Wily sounds like Elmer Fudd.

Sonic And All Stars Racing Transformed
Team Fortress 2 characters were added in the PC version and THEY SOUND LIKE SHIT. I MEAN REALLY, SHIT TALKS.
