No I can see it just fine. I know I'm not Kirby, but I definitely Played Melee more than the others. I've maybe only played the original for 5 or 6 hours.
And that's exactly what I mean, I wasn't asking who was old enough to have played it. I was asking who was old enough to have loved it. If you ended up playing it after or just before melee was released, than you probably didn't like it nearly as much as the Gamecube one. |

Yep, that's how it was. then again, the gamecube was the first system I was allowed to get,and i got it in 2003. so it's not really my fault there.  |

Blah. I hated the Subspace Emissary so much. Maybe that's because I literally had to complete it over 5 times from start to finish, but still. It was annoying as hell even once through. I wish it had both though, just for if I ever did want to do the Subspace Emissary randomly for whatever reason.

I actually thought SSE was way better than Adventure Mode. I dont see how it was all that different .....well aside from SSE having a plot and playing like a kirby game that is |

Well, Subspace wasn't something you could just do in one play through(usually -.-)
I liked Melee's Adventure mode, because it wasn't 100% standard, but it did include typical battles on top of other Event Match-like tasks. I also like that it had little things that changed sometimes; i.e. Luigi instead of Mario, Giant Kirby, Fox, etc.
I dunno. I still would've preferred both though.

My best character was Dr. Mario, but I could play as pretty much everyone in Melee when I played it lots. I just wish that they'd have like, more realtime attacks, with less delay. That's the only thing I really like about Brawl, is the lack of that problem. But also, I HATE how they made Ness so much weaker in Brawl. When you really learn how to use him in Melee (not sure about original, since I never played it that much), he really is the best there is. c:

Yeah it's really strong but it's REALLY easy to dodge. All it take is a simple double jump or roll dodge! |
