How do I catch one?

I used my only Master Ball and it broke free D:

Then it one hit KO'd every member in my team, including my level 100 Dragonite and Glaceon, and it was only level 23!

It's 'cause you're not a Mossy yourself! Kinda like how a pokemon won't listen to you if you don't have enough gym badges.

Maybe I should change that, since I post much more often now.
