Yeah, I was gonna mention temple of the roguelike, but thought it better to give specific ones instead. There was a couple I remembered from Kongregate too: Enchanted Cave and Cyber Recession Warrior Edgar. |

The funkyest messages I've got in Nethack(or it could have been Angband) were after I ingested a suspicious yellow mold... "You are drooled upon by the rabid giraffe"  |

I thought it was pretty funny when I had a succubus pop out of a fountain (or maybe a sink?) I had kicked. Somehow I had been able to resist her charm and she started walking away from me instead of attacking. Like an idiot I decided to follow, but instead of attacking tried to "chat" to her. I got the message "the succubus has a headache" *rolleyes*
P.S. I kept pestering her and eventually she killed the hell out of me
