Alucard's SteakHouse XTRA XTRA XTRA SPECIAL EDITION!!!

Alucard's Steak house began when I was working on a level called
"Ikana Road" (Not related to THAT Ikana Road... unless it is Wink .) Although I had the level more or less planned out, it somehow turned into... this.

This requires the latest version of Tastes Like Spelunky.
EDIT: Sorry, I just noticed that a new version has been released.  I made it using the second-latest version.

Feel free to post any complaints you may have. I will completely ignore you... edit the levels.

Features

-Awful ... Awesome level design! (As far as you know.)
-Kill Vampires! (Yes.)
-Spring Shoes! (Yes.)
-Don't find the city of meat! (Unless you do.)

Now, I really don't feel like writing anymore, so heres some screenshots! A picture is worth a thousand words!  Grin

The aluvator is a GREAT way to get in. Getting out, on the other hand...

There were 57.5 rows of chicken nuggets on the finish screen after I cleared out all the city of meat blocks! Shocked

This was pretty easy as far as custom levels go, but you had some interesting ideas, too.  I liked how you did the elevator, as well as jumping on snakes to avoid thwomps and acid.  I don't think you really need to change anything unless you want to make it harder.  Good job!

I guess I underestimated the quality of my levels (I always do).

Some of the features in my levels rely on emergence. The elevator in the first one is a good example; I did not realize that pushing a crate on it would make a noise, but I thought it was fitting, so I left it in.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I has some editing to do.

I changed the way the editor generates them, so now they spawn without a base, and therefore crumble the instant they appear on-screen.  If they still have their bases, then you don't have the latest version.

I should probably find a way to fix this.

and for what it's worth ive always liked the idea of being able to spawn things like spikes in the air but no matter which version i download it always falls apart...
