Sometimes when I die (very rarely), all my bombs fall out of me and explode. Would this be a special easter egg that happens very occasionally (like the special music tracks for each area)? Or, is there some way to trigger it. Thanks everyone.

He's probably refering to the bombs from the original GameMaker edition of Spelunky (PC = Personal Computer)

It's a ragequit joke.

I can reproduce the bomb dropping effect by doing the following:

• Pressing Start
• Choosing End Adventure
• Selecting End Adventure

It can only be done via the end adventure option and i believe it has to be done super quick, most times i manage to do it insanely fast, within like hal a second and it usually drops all of my bombs on death.

I now have one of those little green aliens tied to the first spear in the main menu - the one that picks 'start game'. I'm not sure how I got this, but shortly before it showed up I killed one of those aliens in the first area, the mines. I never met an alien in the mines before, but that one popped out of a jar and I killed it. I guess it's kind of a trophy.

Aliens have a chance (very small) to appear in jars. The spear alien also has a small chance of appearing. Personally, I don't think they are connected.
