Spelunkying: A Guide! This is a comic based around the journal of a spelunker who, unsurprisingly, ventures into the cave we are all to familiar with. If you like this comic, please comment on it. Ask me questions, I'll be happy to answer. #1 - The Cover#2 - First Page#3 - It makes no sense.#4 - What the hell why do these things bleed so much. Revised version of #4 Revised version (Again) of #4 #5: Snakes, Giant Spiders, Snakes.#6! Conspicuous invincibility of items?Comments and criticism are appreciated, acknowledged, and encouraged. I'm really just testing out a drawing pad I got a little while ago.

I just fixed the second page, photobucket did something stupid and left something uploaded when I was going to remove it.

Ten brownie points to anyone who can find out 1 (out of 2) book references in this comic. That and I'll stick you somewhere in the comic for one page.
(Note that these references are very, very vague.)

Many, many things.
Still, I like the way the lines look like sketches, gives it a loose, organic feeling when on the brown paper backdrop. I think it's unnecessary and distracting to have the frayed edges, especially when not all the sides have it.

I rather like the frayed edges. Considering it's from Spelunker's old personal log, it gives it that rustic feel. And of course not ALL the edges would be frayed; they're from different parts of the book.

#4 - What the hell why do these things bleed so much. It's out! I found some great brushsets for bloodsplatters and fingerprints. If it's too difficult to read tell me, and I'll post one without all the blood. So yeah, it's never made sense why snakes, spiders, and purple(!) bats bleed tennis ball-sized droplets of blood.
