spikes that delicious fruit.

But an upgraded version of all the bad guys would be cool.

I wholly agree.

Oh I love this idea! Like, maybe.
Normal = You start with it.
Hard = Complete game once. More enemies spawn.
Insane = Complete game in hard. Half life and items, more enemies.
1 Hit KO = If you get hit,it's over. I think this will be hard as..ya know.

Heh.  Wink

Yeti Blender + Kapala.

Clearly in 1 hit mode you don't gain health and yeti don't bleed.

lol, maybe we could just make modded versions for all the difficulties, I gather that from the way saving works your stats and unlockables would carry over, so we could just have several different GAMES for every difficulty Cheesy.

Much like KnyttXH or other altered Nifflas games

Say there's a spider where the bat is. How do you get past in OHKO mode?

Plant a bomb right where you're standing and run away.

OR you can slowly inch until he starts the drop, then quickly run back to your spot and hit him with the backlash of the whip.

A good beginner difficulty mode is "You start with shotgun and jetpack."

I would argue that this is not "good for beginners."  A "training" mode, if it existed, should teach you how to play the game.  This suggestion would essentially teach you how to play a different game, where your attacks have recoil and your jumps can send you flying.  It's more like a cheat mode, really, and would be confusing for new players.

Pot.

Or, if you're lucky, stone.
