I feel as if I heard about this before, but a while back. That's pretty crazy stuff, I can't help but think of the opening from Call of Cthulhu.

Its amazing the things we can do with Stem Cells, but people don't support because its Inhumane, and to an extent I agree, but still when you just think of what it could do. I just don't know.

How is inhumane?  Surely it is more inhumane to disallow this research, denieing many people organ transplants, because of some made-up man it the sky, or insistance that a ball of cells constitutes person.

Once these scientists go mad and create a new human out of artificially grown tissue it becomes inhumane.

Of course, there is always the fear of people cloning hitler.

Besides, there is nothing inhumane with stem cell research.  It first started out that stem cells had to be harvested from embryos (I think), but that's changed.  People can donate stem cells.  Anyone who still thinks that it's inhumane is either stupid, or is severly out of date on their information.  It's as inhumane as donating your kidney.

But that isn't a reason to hold the entire field of research back.

Hilter's body was cremated.  Where would you get the DNA to do that from.  And how would you make your clone 100% Hitler phycologically?

It's not research being the top priority! Is it better to know how to build a human or to be sane and right in what you do?

You probably can't, but you understand the idea.

Hitler was cremated?

And your mind is affected by both nature and nurture, or so the argument Nature VS. Nurture, says.  So unless we can re-create each second of Hitler's life and his DNA, Hitler ain't comin' back from the dead!

You mean the Hitler that we've come to know.

I understand the intense sensitivity to talk of Hitler, but you guys are right, it's really unlikely that Hitler will be the "bad" Hitler that everyone recognizes as the Jew-killer.

Then you are against... well it sounds like 6. (bad joke I know, but It had to be made)

But really, whats wrong with creating non-upgraded, or even "upgraded" humans. I see no moral issue with it.
