It's not meant to be balanced because you're not meant to amplify the power of your spells. It's meant to discourage that.

Definately 1 week to train soldiers.
1 to work on a spell of teleportation, for people (maybe one at a time, if so, then it would be a short-ish distance low cost I would hope) possible to use one self.
Not sure about rest.

Okay then, you go to line 6, as he tells you to do so, and get a name tag.
Now, for the sake of simplicity, I'll post some ways you can spend your 4 weeks preparing.
You have: 4 weeks. Each.
You can spend:
1 week researching a new spell (put the basic idea of the spell)
1 week training (+5 extra stat points that can be allocated anywhere)
1 week creating a magic item (describe it)
1 week helping in training soldiers (upgrade the soldiers)
1 week helping in fortifying the outer walls and defences (upgrade the city)

1 Week making a new item. An article of clothing, that, when used, I can breathe anywhere, freely, in space, underwater, underground.
1 Week making a new spell, one that can heal whomever I will it to. Me, a wounded soldier, etc. No one can say no to a medic.
Just making sure. ...And I'm back. My fingers feel weird on this keyboard. I can't type e's twice without having to go back and do it again. |
