No thats not what it means. it means SHOPKEEP IN GAME.
And I'm pretty sure they meant that, because you are playing as the shopkeeper, there are no OTHER shopkeepers in the game. And they're right, because as Arucard pointed out... shopkeepers are replaced with spelunky.

ah.. I see. you know it wouldn't be that bad of a mod, you sit there runing you shop and spelunkers, girls and tunnel men come in, and some times try to rob you, and you have to kill the ones that do rob you with a little damage as you can and not kill the ones that don't (so you get money) |
