This technically is a forum game, but the idea is based around spleunky... so yah. The object of the game is to determine, using your spelunky skills, how the spelunker/damsel/tunnelman/etc. died, with the help of a screenshot and "coroner's" report. Let's start with an extremely easy one, just so you get how it works. Screenshot:  Coroner's report:
Died at level 1
Multiple puncture wounds all around body
Massive bleeding, organs puncturedNow how did he die?  (Oh yah, and anyone can answer. I'll tell you if you are right.) |

I would guess that a mis-spawned Yeti threw him from the floor below, bounced him off several sharp rocks in the wall and ceiling, and landed him in an alcove where he fell unconscious and bled to death. But that's just my guess. This would be much harder in my mod where no corpse is left behind. |

Was hit by an arrow, then died from falling damage. Arrow trap is likely near the upper-left of the given screen.

You're right about the falling damage, but he was hit by the arrow earlier. But you couldn't really know that. Case#4Screenshot (lol look at the damsel!):  Coroner's report: Died at level 7
