Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to make an object move along a moving path. Like if I where to make a characters feet move along a walking path, while stile staying underneath the body of the character (another object). Or do I have to just make an animated sprite for the foot and have it be pinned underneath the character. however this second option would be very tedious, as I plan on allowing the player to change shoes and stuff, and if the feet could follow a path, i could just change the sprite using a global variable.

Where in the source code is the floating?
Scripts -> Platform Engine -> CharacterCreateEvent 83 Scripts -> Platform Engine -> CharacterStepEvent 398-408 That should be all you need. I think

If you haven't played the Girl Power Mod you could try that, it makes the game play exeptionally different.
Or Morality mod if you want additional powers that you earn (instead of buying).
Also X Spelunky is pretty amazing, it adds new enemies and an experience system which you can use to buy powers at special shops.

My friend and I are just beginning a rayman-esque project. We are planning on having each part as a seperate object so they can be sprited and manipulated individually. Does anybody have ideas as to how we should go about this? In particular if the feet should move dependent on the body? should collisions with the ground be handled by the feet or the body? etc... Here's Rayman for the uninformed, arms legs don't exist, his hands, feet, head and body are entirely seperate.

Probably Gallade because he's cool, strong and has pretty good type coverage (Psychic/Fighting). Also here's a Gallade made in Garry's Mod. (Not made by me!) Also: does noone have the newer games? Noone posted a friend code!

...... Hindsight tells me to wait on the last one, though, because they'll inevitably release a third version.
I definately agree with this, i'm probably going to wait aswell as I fail to believe there won't be a Pokemon Grey or something similar, especially since there are different areas in black and white which could both be included in a third game.

I decided that mossmouth was missing a Pokemon Thread for whatever reason.
Discuss your Pokemon adventures, exploits and nostalgia.
If you have the newer games, put up your friend code and prepare for some online battles!
Also complain about the new games and what you want changed!

Could I have the bow retrieval level?
Also, does the player pass through the level, or come back to where he enters on the hub?

I'm wondering, since you are limited to only three (four?) items at a time due to the stomach system. how will this work? As clearly all of the items wont be kept, and you'll only have the item for a small while before you lose it.
Also, I have an idea, but i'm not sure if it would follow your rules exactly:
Could I make three or four levels that work as just one level? There would be doors that would send you to the same level, it'd just be a little bit different. (think alternate versions of the level linking to itself.)
Of course the hub would only lead to one of them, and they would all lead back to the hub.
