Since you asked...
Toughness: Being thrown by a Yeti does no damage.
Negotiator: Get discounts on goods in shops.
Stealth: You can stay farther away from enemies without alerting them.
Acrobat: You jump higher.
Athlete: You run faster.

Wow... I love every one of them.

We've got an idea on how to award perks.

Basing them just on level doesn't reward players that take risks and makes it difficult to determine when a player should get a perk.

We're going to try the idea of xp or kill counter to allow players that take the risks of killing more monsters to gain more perks.

We'd love some suggestions for perks!

Thanks for all the input guys. New version is uploading in the 1st post. I messed up the mediafire link so the debug version wasn't loaded.

Working on some of the c4 bugs still.

DungeonPheonix- I love the idea of getting perks for completing levels, we may switch to that here soon. What does everyone else think of that idea?

Press ENTER for Debug? Does nothing!

It has a slight offset where it drops the items, make sure you're away from any walls.

You do know you can change the file stats are written to by editing scrWritreStats and ScrReadStats.

Just make sure they refer to the same file.

Okay, this is just epic.

Thanks! We've got a long way to go, but its off to a great start.

Some new item...

Whip upgrade - Double your whip's range
Jetpack Upgrade - Increases the fuel in the jetpack (Stackable)
Reload Upgrade - Increases firing speed (Stackable)
Steel-toed Boots - Reduces fall damage, makes spiketraps less than fatal(WIP)
Bullet-Proof Vest - Stop's bullets from shop-keepers and from some new enemies we're working on.
Lucky Ring - Increases chances of finding better stuff
C4 - Large bomb that can be remotely detonated(WIP, very buggy still)

We have some more items in the works, taking all suggestions. We're working on having the difficultly scale up as you go father and father to help balance of the new items.

Only one new enemy so far - SUPER MONKEYS! Red eyed monkeys with 15 HP  Grin


Funny bug in the original spelunky code, bone and 'fake bones' frequency was based on what level you where on, so once we removed the cap and played to +30 levels or so, every tile on ever world type was either bones or skeletons!

Spelunky - Unlimited.

This is a version of spelunky that is infinite, meaning, you can play as long as you can. The level type is randomly decided except the first level. Also, every 10 levels is the Black Market. Many items have been added and there are bugs.

We're looking for suggestions and bugs.
