I'm thinking of removing the bombs.  They kind of take from the experience.

Or tone them town a lot (a long timer would help) you should tone down the ghost a lot but only give you like 10 secs before he shows up (also make sure he doesn't spawn bad guys in the ground itself.)

Yeah, that's quite descriptive.
But still haven't downloaded it yet in a manner of "I'm not downloading another thing just to download something".

Well PERHAPS you could POSSIBLY just MAYBE HOPEFULLY DOWNLOAD it? Hmmmmm? Might help a BIT.

Sorry I get mad when you guys do stuff like this. Honestly, stop being lazy and just download the thing. I've probably downloaded every mod here.

Anyways, on-topic, pretty good. But the ghost shouldn't spawn enemies in blocks.

That = Laziness. It isn't that hard. Anyways why the crap would you do that? This is a nice challenging game, to put those slow Spelunkers up to a higher bar, so they go faster!

Really it's not that big a download would most likely take like 5 mins of your time.

Less, but it takes up valuable space

im just wondering why is it all your mods are rar files?

Why are you pointing him to WinRAR? The most proprietary of engines and most overused, even though its compression & decompression are both average, has poor encryption support, small file format support, and hard to use.

If I were you, you I would point them to excellent, freer, more effective alternatives 7-Zip (http://"http://www.7-zip.org/) (which happens to be very popular with its headlining .7z format) and IZArc (http://"http://izarc.org/"), which I prefer because of its enormous file support, although be aware its stability can... vary, on some computers.

These two are the best in their class, and probably right up there on the top with the commercial file de-/compressors. Don't try WinRAR; it's a bunch of nagging crap.

And compressed files are very useful...like... Spelunky, maybe! As well as most other open source games. So get a proper unzipper now! IZArc is highly recommended.
