Step 4) Unpacking the wad and choosing the character to re-color
(http://i1283.photobucket.com/albums/a559/coolstermatt/step7_zps1e9ab8a5.png)

I'm going to do the Ninja.

Step 5) Re-coloring
open the character you want to re-color.

Press CTRL+A to select all.

now open Hue-Saturation
(http://i1283.photobucket.com/albums/a559/coolstermatt/step15_zps2d667b53.png)

Okay this takes tinkering with, but select each color and change the bottom  3 sliders to change the color, since the ninjas suit comes under yellow i select yellow and change him to purple.

When your done you need to export it.

Make sure the name doesn't change!

As you can see its changed.

Step 6) Backing up! <-- important!! and re-packing the wad!

Drag the alltex folder on to repack.bat

I love the ninja but not a fan of the color of his clothes, black, white or red would look awesome on him.
